About Massage






Massage is probably one of the most natural gestures we perform during the day, since we instinctively place our hand on the sore or painful part.Massages aim to eliminate fatigue, relieve muscle and joint pain, relax, tone, stimulate circulation and preserve and improve mental well-being.
The wellness massages I treat are aimed at people who are in good general health conditions even if they need to address some discomfort.
The most common cases for which massage is contraindicated are: recent traumas, fractures, dislocations, acute phase of an illness, infections, skin diseases, acute inflammatory processes, serious cardio-circulatory pathologies, a complicated pregnancy.
